I only communicate one way – openly and honestly. This Coaching/Online Course Agreement (the “Agreement”) outlines what we can expect from each other in working together. It will also serve as an image use and Release of liability so that Naomi Slater can use your image and video. Let’s do this!

Parties. This Agreement is made between Tantra Intimacy Coaching LLC (“Naomi,” “me,” and “I”) and ___________________(“you” and “your”).

1. My Promise to You. Naomi Slater will provide you with a coaching experience teaching you how to tap into your sexual energy and connect to your emotional body. Here is what I offer: The Divine Couples online course includes: 6 course modules, including 10 full videos and 2 audio recordings, on a membership site that you will receive for life, or for as long as my business exists. If you have opted to also purchase a coaching package, it includes 3, 1-hour private online sessions with me.

2. What Naomi Slater Expects of You. Just as you are investing in me, I’m also investing my time and energy in you. I want to see you live your best life and support you in doing so. As such, I expect you to behave in the following manner:

3. No Guarantees. While there are some things I can control, like the quality of my course, I am unable to guarantee this course/coaching sessions will achieve your desired results. As such, no guarantees can be made for the results from this course/coaching sessions.

4. Responsibility. Please acknowledge you are fully responsible for everything you get out of these sessions. It is my intention to bring you the greatest benefits possible, but none of that can happen if you do not put in the work. You get what you give – and I want you to be aware of that before we start working together.

5. Payment. Payment details are listed on the landing page of this course and must be paid in full before accessing the course and/or private sessions.

6. Cancellations + Refunds. Integrity and keeping your word are the cornerstones of all success. With that in mind, this is how I’ve drafted my cancellation and refund policy:

All coaching sessions packages and online/in-person courses are final sale. There will be no refunds under any circumstances.

7. Currency. All prices are in USD and must be paid through paypal.

8. Personal Injury. Use of the yoni egg can cause physical harm and may result in the release of emotional trauma. You release the course instructor from any responsibility related to use of the yoni egg, including physical and/or emotional trauma deemed to have resulted from participation in the course and take full responsibility for any and all personal injury.

9. Communication + Time Integrity. All live communication in coaching sessions will be done via zoom or another online program. Time integrity is important and here is how I enforce it:

     a. From the time of purchase of the 3 private sessions, you have 3 months to use them. After 3 months from the date of purchase, the sessions will be deemed to be complete, even if you have not used your sessions. Scheduling will be done through my electronic calendar after purchase.

     b. Sessions take place on the agreed upon time, whether you are there or not. They will not be extended if you are late. If you show up late, I’ll still be available for you until the session ends. For example, if our session is to take place from 14:00-15:00 and you hop on the call or join at 14:15, we’ll work together until 15:00. Even though we’ll only have worked together for 45 minutes, the full session will be deemed to be complete.

     c. If the course you are participating in is automated, then you will be able to access the course at your leisure and you may do the course at your own pace. Enjoy!

10. Confidentiality. I want you to know that everything shared in our calls/private coaching sessions are strictly confidential, but that any content we discuss may be shared within my community of clients in the future. This means that if you share something during an online session or share an incredible breakthrough during a coaching session, other people may hear that information. The idea is that we all grow from sharing with each other.

11. Media Release + Social Media Use. I am very happy to receive video and written testimonials after you have completed the course and/or our sessions. As such, you agree to grant Naomi the irrevocable right and permission to use, throughout the world and in perpetuity, your image, likeness, photograph, video content, audio recordings or any other record of you and/or written text that I have received from you in any way I see fit.

12. Sensitive Topics: I hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily enrolling in the Divine Couples Online Course offered by Naomi Slater at Tantra Intimacy Coaching LLC. I understand that the course will involve teachings, exercises, and discussions related to tantra and intimacy, which may include topics of a sensitive and intimate nature.

13. Age Consent: I am participating in this course with full knowledge of its content, and I am aware that the course is designed for adults and individuals who are in a consensual relationship. I certify that I am at least 18 years of age or older, and I am mentally and emotionally prepared to engage in the course's activities in consideration of purchasing the Divine Couples Online Course.

14. Educational Content: I understand that the course is intended for educational and personal growth purposes only and is not a substitute for professional counseling or therapy. I agree to take full responsibility for my emotional and physical well-being throughout the course and will seek professional advice or assistance if needed.

15. Intellectual Property: I also understand that the course content, including but not limited to videos, texts, and materials, provided during the Divine Couples Online Course, is the intellectual property of Tantra Intimacy Coaching LLC, and I will not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without explicit permission.

     a. I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Naomi Slater from Tantra Intimacy Coaching LLC, its officers, employees, representatives, and affiliates from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of any damage, loss, injury, or death that may be sustained by me or my partner while participating in the course, whether caused by the negligence of Tantra Intimacy Coaching LLC, its employees, or otherwise.

     b. I hereby affirm that I have carefully read, fully understand, and agree to the terms and conditions of this waiver. I acknowledge that this waiver is binding on myself, my partner or any other that does this course with me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.

17. General Terms: Jurisdiction. This Agreement will be governed exclusively by the laws of Florida. Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions in the Agreement will remain in full force and effect. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties and replaces any prior written or oral agreements. Waiver of Breach. The waiver by me of any breach by you of any provision of this Agreement will not be taken to be a waiver of any further breaches by you. Notice. For the purpose of this Agreement, e-mail or text will suffice for written notice when required as set out above. Headings. The headings used in this Agreement are for stylistic purposes only and none of the content in the headings are intended to be legally binding. Counterparts. This Agreement may be signed in counterparts, where separate signatures are deemed to constitute an original whole. Online Agreement. We agree that this Agreement may be signed electronically or agreed to by having you click “I Agree”, the effect of which will be the same as if we signed the Agreement by hand and the intention of which is that both parties desire to be bound by all the terms of the Agreement.

18. It is through purchasing this course and/or private coaching sessions that I unequivocally agree to all the terms listed above.
